3D Visualization of Architecture

The visualization of architecture is not only the representation of real estate and interiors – according to scale and model. Many details play an important role. Light, material, furnishings, atmospheres… you decide which life of a structure is breathed in, whether serious, dreamy, playful, tidy, modern or ascetic. In recent months, our work in the field of 3D has more and more expanded to include the area of 3D visualization of architecture. We were able to accompany various construction projects in this way.

Interior Design

For us, the design of rooms is the most beautiful part of the 3D visualization of architecture. This is where the imagination can make its mark. Ideas from the customer or the architect can be implemented in a creative way. In the run-up to a realisation, the visual representation of rooms provides an opportunity to familiarise oneself with objects. The example shows a design for a Berlin townhouse of the Berlin architectural office +2 Architekten.

Object Design

Buildings are often visualized in a very simple, reduced way in advance in order to avoid raising customer expectations. Otherwise, the difference to reality is usually too high, according to the argument. We believe that this expectation can be discussed with the customer. Why not imagine your expensive dream as beautifully as possible before it is realized? The picture shows the design of a house in Austria for the real estate agency Rex & Nyisztor.

Since we do not only understand 3D visualization, but also classical media such as print, film and web, we can certainly enrich your communication. We are also already working on the VR visualization of architecture, which will further simplify communication as a link between construction planning, architects and customers.
